Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon

Facts: Our Client was arrested for an Aggravated Battery Charge. Our client was alleged to have run over the victim with her vehicle. If convicted, our client faced a significant amount of jail time.

Results: We contacted the State Attorney’s Office and asked them to hold on before making a filing decision. We asked that they allow up to look further into the case and provide them with information. From the info we provided and later relayed to the Assistant State Attorney, all charges were dismissed.
