Grand Theft (2nd degree Felony). Second case grand theft (St. Lucie County)

Facts: The client was initially charged with bank fraud but ended up being charged with two counts of grand theft. There were six co-defendants involved in the case. Two of them made deals with the prosecution to testify against our client. The State’s initial offer was imprisonment. However, after a long legal battle and intense questioning of the co-defendants and secret service agents involved, we were able to reach a resolution that satisfied our client.

Results: One Case dropped. Plea to probation termination at 1-year adjudication withheld.
